Resisting Emotional Eating

So for the past hour or so I was fighting the temptation to just eat something tasty.

Again, I knew I wasn’t hungry, was just feeling pissed off and frustrated.

This time I didn’t cave, and just went to bed.

Emotional Eating

So last night I went off plan on my diet.

I wasn’t hungry at all and I knew it. I was just bored, restless and pissed off about a few things… and eventually I just started to eat.

I should have just gone to bed.

So: +1 point for self-awareness. -1 for self-control.

Workout

  • 75 kettle bell swings (had to stop and take a break at the 50 swing mark)
  • 50 kettle bell one arm pulls (25 on each arm)
  • 50 kettle bell snatches (25 on each arm, broken down into sets of 10 - 10 - 5)
